Secure Your Booking

 

Thank you for booking with berrybliss. To secure your booking:

  1. A refundable $100 bond is required within five working days of receiving a berrybliss message to visit this webpage and can be paid into bank account:
     
    Kiwibank 38-9019-0876070-00. Please include your address and booking date as the reference.

  2. A confirmation from berrybliss is received once payment has been made. Without a berrybliss confirmation your booking will remain unsecured. Please contact berrybliss if no confirmation has been received within five working days.

By making this bond payment you have agreed to the Hire Agreement at berrybliss.co.nz/hireagreement which must be signed by the Hirer on the day before the bouncy castle is erected.

 

Non-payment of the refundable $100 bond will result in your booking being cancelled. The bond will be returned to the Hirer once it has been established by berrybliss that no damage to the bouncy castle has occurred.

 

You can choose to make the full payment any time before the booking date or alternatively we accept cash on the day. Please note the full amount needs to be paid (incl. $100 refundable bond) before the bouncy castle is erected.

 

Bouncy Castle Site

It is the responsibility of the Hirer to ensure there is:

  1. At least a one meter wide clearance to the bouncy castle site
  2. Easy access with the bouncy castle on a hand trolley/truck e.g. no stairs or steep slope
  3. Easily accessible power
  4. A clean flat surface, clear of all obstacles including garden furniture and toys
  5. Free from DOGGY DOO
  6. Sufficient room to erect a bouncy castle (refer to berrybliss.co.nz/bouncycastles for dimensions)

Berrybliss can inspect the site before the day at a charge of $10.

 

Please note that if the weather is not favourable (e.g. rain, strong wind) for a bouncy castle to be erected outside then any payment made will be returned back to the Hirer including the bond. A decision on the day will be made by the berrybliss team.

Cancellation Policy
A $100 cancellation fee for each bouncy castle will apply if cancelling your booking within five working days of your booking date.
