Hiring any equipment from berrybliss requires you (the Hirer) to agree to; and sign a copy of our terms and conditions. Please read our terms and conditions below.

 

Terms and Conditions

1. Berrybliss accepts no responsibility for damage or injury while our equipment is under hire to the Hirer.
2. Hire of equipment is on a daily basis (up to 6 hours) with delivery and pick up times arranged and agreed on at the time of booking.
3. The delivery driver must have free and easy access to erect the inflatable onto a clean flat lawn.
4. The area must be clear of all obstacles including garden furniture, and toys.
5. The area must be free from DOGGY DOO.
6. All cash payments must be paid at time of delivery or paid beforehand by internet banking.
7. At all times the equipment is the property of berrybliss and berrybliss reserve the right to collect the equipment at any time they feel necessary either in the event, or expectation, of poor weather or for any other reason.
8. In the unlikely event that berrybliss cannot deliver the equipment due to events beyond their control they will not be held responsible for any liabilities that this may cause.
9. Footwear, dangerous objects such as pens, buckles, purses etc. must be removed before using the inflatable. Spectacles are advised to be removed.
10. Do not allow people to bounce on the front step; or climb, sit or hang off the walls.
11. Do not allow animals on or near the equipment.
12. No food, drink or smoking is allowed on the inflatable.
13. No somersaults or other manoeuvres that may risk causing damage to the person’s head, neck or back or any part of any other person's body.
14. The inflatable must be monitored constantly by an adult (someone over the age of 18) and any children playing in a dangerous manner must be removed immediately.
15. The inflatable must not be overloaded and sufficient bouncing space must be available for each person whilst on the inflatable so as not to cause contact to others while bouncing.
16. The inflatable must not be deflated while in use and the anchor points must not be interfered with.
17. Party poppers, face paint, silly string, spray foam, hair dye or any other liquids must not be used on the inflatable. These substances can cause permanent damage to the inflatable and the cost of this damage may be charged to the Hirer.
18. Any vandalism or willful damage must be paid for in full by the Hirer. The Hirer will be responsible for the cost of any repairs needed, including carriage to and from the repairers, for any damage caused by misuse of the equipment. Normal wear and tear is excluded.
19. The inflatable is not to be used by persons over 12, unless adult hire has been agreed to by berrybliss. Any child taller than the inside wall is not permitted to use it.
20. The inflatable MUST BE switched off if the wind reaches an unsafe level. If you are unsure if the wind is reaching unsafe levels please contact berrybliss immediately. 
21. In the event of rain, the equipment MUST BE switched off at the socket until the rain has passed. Once inflated again, the castle bed and front step must be towel dried thoroughly before using again. Also ensure that the extension reel is kept dry at all times.
22. In the unlikely event of a problem with the hired equipment during the hire period the Hirer MUST NOT attempt to fix the problem unless it is minor i.e. the blower detaches from the castle.
23. Only employees of berrybliss are authorised to collect the equipment and under no circumstances should any of the equipment be handed over to anyone else.
24. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to ensure there is at least one metre wide access to the bouncy castle site and it is easily accessible by hand truck/trolley and there is at least one metre clearance from the bouncy castle to any obstacles e.g. trees, buildings, ceiling, lights etc.
25. If berrybliss is unable to access the bouncy castle site or the bouncy castle site is not to berrybliss’ satisfaction (note points above in the Hire Agreement) then berrybliss will not erect the bouncy castle and the bond money will not be refunded to the Hirer.
26. The bond will be returned to the Hirer once it has been established by berrybliss that no damage to the hire equipment has occurred.
27. The Hirer agrees that there will be no refund of any payments once the bouncy castle has been lifted off the trailer.
